This is the installation site of the newly built 3620mm spiral welded pipe mill from Huaye Heavy Industry in Gansu. Our engineers are rigorously monitoring both the installation progress and quality, ensuring that every step meets the design specifications. Currently, the installation work is steadily advancing according to the planned schedule, progressing smoothly and laying a solid foundation for the upcoming commissioning, operation, and eventual full-scale production.
The Φ630-Φ3620 spiral welded pipe production line is used to produce welded steel pipes for water and gas transmission structures. It features advanced technology, reliable equipment, sophisticated processes, and mature production processes. It utilizes a front-swing discontinuous production line and is a complete set of spiral welded pipe production equipment, integrating mechanical, electrical, automated, and hydraulic controls.
