Φ2540mm Hydrostatic Tester Successfully Completed testing for Spain

The large steel pipe hydrostatic tester with a max.diameter of Φ2540mm and a testing pressure of 1500 tons has fully verified its excellent performance and stability after a series of strict and detailed tests in our factory workshop. The hydraulic tester is used to perform leaking and hydraulic pressure test on spiral welded pipes. The test 
involves sealing the two ends of the pipe, and filling the pipe with a liquid, usually water, which may be dyed to aid 
in visual leak detection, and pressurization of the vessel to the specified test pressure. Pressure tightness can be tested 
by shutting off the supply valve and observing whether there is a pressure loss.
